I offer both online and face-to-face counselling for individuals, couples and families. My standard fee for a 60-minute session is A$330. For couples and families who may benefit from additional time, there is also the option of booking a 90-minute appointment. All fees are charged in Australian dollars.

Rebates and private health insurance

Medicare rebates through a Mental Health Treatment Plan are not available for counselling sessions with me.

As I have only recently returned to work following medical leave, my provider-number applications with Bupa, Medibank, HIF, Police Health, Doctors’ Health Fund and Nurses & Midwives Health are still being processed. Once these provider numbers are active, eligible members may be able to claim a private health insurance rebate, depending on their individual policy and level of cover.

Claims cannot be backdated for sessions that take place before my provider number becomes active. If you would prefer to wait until your health fund provider number is ready before booking, please email me at [email protected]. I can add you to my waitlist and contact you as soon as the relevant provider number is available.

Please check directly with your health fund to confirm whether counselling is included in your cover and the rebate that may apply.

Reduced-fee appointments

I reserve a small number of appointments at a reduced fee. If you are committed to therapeutic work but the standard fee is not manageable for you, please email me directly so we can discuss your circumstances and what may be possible.

Booking and payment

Once you have requested an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email containing an intake form and secure Stripe payment link. Please follow the prompts to complete the intake form and make payment before your appointment.

Local clients attending face-to-face sessions may also pay in person using PayPass. If you would prefer this option, you do not need to use the Stripe payment link.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee.
